Borrusia Monchengladbach midfielder Granit Xhaka has dropped a major transfer hint.

The Swiss midfielder has been linked with a move to Arsenal this summer. Xhaka is also a target for Liverpool and Manchester City.

The highly talented central midfielder has previously claimed that it is his dream to play in the Premier League and it seems that his dream might come true this summer.

Recently, Arsenal’s offer for the player was confirmed by the club. It remains to be seen if they decide to accept it and allow the player to move.

However, Xhaka has now dropped a major transfer hint by claiming that ‘London is beautiful’ and ‘Arsenal are awesome’.

He said: “As of today I am at Gladbach, but London is a beautiful city, and Arsenal is an awesome club.”

It is clear that the player admires Arsenal and the Gunners have been strongly linked to the player as well. The Londoners have no shortage of resources to land the Swiss star and after the player’s recent comments it seems that a move is now a formality.
